Certified Rolfing® Structural Integration Practitioner
I have a bachelor degree in Physiotherapy and an M.Sc. in Human Kinesiology. I am also a fully trained Pilates teacher who has primarily worked with post-rehabilitative Pilates. I personally discovered and experienced the benefits of Rolfing SI to resolve pain, correct imbalances and facilitate ease of movement. and trained to became a Certified Rolfer™ at the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration in Boulder, CO. I incorporate Rolfing SI and Pilates to systematically balance and optimize body structure and function.
I have explored a variety of movement and manual therapy forms with Rolfing® being my favorite. This is another tool to help me and my clients systematically balance and optimize the structure and function of the body, overcome injury, improve posture and reduce chronic pain. Alignment is key to success and optimizing it excites me.
