My journey in the health field started in 2011 when I did the CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach Training Program level 1. I discover and became passionate with holistic nutrition and since I completely changed my diet and lifestyle. I kept continuously studying, researching and experimenting on my own body how to be healthier. In 2016, I decided to become a Certified Health Educator from the Hippocrates Health Institute (HHI), a leading-edge health center in West Palm Beach. Following my passion I became a Registered Holistic Nutritionist™ (R.H.N.) in July 2020, graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN), and I'm as well trained as Health Coach by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN).
During my trainings I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. My teachers included Hippocrates co-founder Viktoras Kulvinskas, Directors Brian and Anna Maria Clement, Executive Chef Ken Blue, Dr. Antony Chatman, Dr. Andy Bernay Roman, Dr. Ellen Tart-Jensen, Joshua Rosenthal, Mark Hyman, MD, Walter Willet, MD, Mehmet Oz, MD, Andrew Weil, MD, Marion Nestle, PhD and others leading researchers and nutrition authors.
My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results to optimize their health.
